Our charming room with a private patio offers a serene retreat. The king-size bed promises restful sleep, while the sofa bed offers extra seating or sleeping space for your comfort. With an attached bathroom, you have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The private patio provides a peaceful outdoor space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings, making this room perfect for those seeking both relaxation and a bit of nature.

- TERRACE (Semi-covered): Take in the breathtaking views and fresh air on the semi-covered terrace, ideal for alfresco dining, savoring a delicious barbecue dinner or simply lounging.

SECOND FLOOR:

- TERRACE (Covered) with 360 degrees panoramic view: Start your day with an invigorating yoga session or morning exercises, or simply capture the serene beauty of sunrise through your lens.

Wander through our lush orchards, featuring an array of fruits - avocados, oranges, coffee bananas, etc. Discover the vibrant colours and flavours of our vegetable and flower gardens, cultivated in calm, adding splashes of colours to the serene landscape.

Enjoy quality time with your loved ones in a serene natural setting; take a guided hike within the property with us during the day and cozy up around the campfire at night.

Important Information to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please note the following:

- REMOTE LOCATION: Dhyana Malai Farms is situated in a remote area with limited phone coverage and internet connectivity.
- PARKING: Free street parking is available, and for 4 wheel drive vehicles, parking within the property is also an option.
- ACCESSIBILITY: Please be aware that there is a slope to reach the homestay. However, we're happy to provide assistance if needed.
- LOCAL AMENITIES: The nearest village, Perumal Malai, is 6 km away and features restaurants and dhabas. A small grocery store and vegetable market are conveniently located just 1 km from the homestay in Samakkad village

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for you and others, please respect our house rules:

RESPECT NATURE AND OUR SPACE
- No littering; help us keep our sanctuary clean
- Be mindful of your surroundings and avoid damaging property (you'll be charged for any damages)

HEALTH & SAFETY
- No drugs allowed; offenders will be escorted off the premises
- No smoking inside rooms; designated areas are provided nearby
- Dispose of sanitary waste, tissue papers, diapers, and condoms in the waste bin (not in the toilet)

QUIET TIME
- No noise after 10 pm; respect fellow guests' peace
- Keep music and loud conversations to a minimum

KITCHEN ETIQUETTE
- Clean and put away all vessels and utensils after use
- Only boil water in the hot water kettles (no other liquids)
- Please do not eat food in the bedrooms as removing stubborn stains are challenging and a waste of valuable water resources

ENERGY CONSERVATION
- Turn off room heaters, fans and other plugs when leaving your room

COMMUNITY HARMONY
- Respect fellow guests' space and comfort
- No disturbing or disrupting others; this may lead to termination of booking and strict action
